Dark & Salty is a special series of events the brewers of Stone + Wood are putting on with a handful of tap houses around the nation. Ladro has been hand-picked to host the local leg!
Beer was originally brewed using mere stone and wood and the brewery’s signature Stone Beer brings back these traditional techniques. Stone + Wood will be showcasing dark beers alongside a brew-matched, five-course degustation prepared by Ladro’s head chef Arron. Oysters are a natural match for these classic, dark, salty flavours so they will feature heavily in the dinner line-up.
